Do you have a complaint about our practice?
In the practice, we are there for you and we are here to help you as best as possible with your health problems. We would appreciate it if you let us know when you are not satisfied with us.
If you are not satisfied after expressing your complaint to the GP or the assistant, you can submit a formal complaint.
You can do this by completing and submitting the complaint form. Our complaints officer will then deal with the complaint.
The complaints officer will contact you within 2 working days. She can then call you if your complaint is not yet completely clear. We aim to process and complete your complaint within one month at the latest.
